  • AFFIRMATION: Write you affirmation for your journey & share in group - I will give feedback, to ensure it is as potent as possible and inline with your intentions / desires / challenges / blocks

  • DANCE FREE EXPRESSION - every day, 5mins. I'll share some music in the group

  • MIRROR WORK - I love you, I love you, I love you - ignite your soul and deep inner trust.

  • SHADOW JOURNAL - write shadow awarenesses as they crop up - to bring awareness, to give love, to witness and to release.

  • JOURNAL - if you choose and it resonates, write pages in the morning, to channel new thoughts or at night to empty the mind.

  • CONTEMPLATION MEDITATION - this is particularly useful when we have a block or stuck energy, wound or a sore spot in our body.
