MY STORY
I know that feeling from the inside.
I had the Victorian terrace in London. The Guardian career. The handsome husband. The two children. A life that looked, from every angle, exactly as it should.
Yet my internal was not matching my external and vice versa.
I was not bursting with the joy and love I truly desired.
I felt trapped in a life which was expected of me.

In 2020, I chose differently and since have been on a deep journey with myself and with clients, to explore sense of self in the most expanded forms. Who and what we really are.
20 years+ studying and practicing modalities, yoga, meditation, Reiki, Ayurveda, Theta Healing, somatic work and coaching techniques.
15-year media career including The Guardian, ELLE UK, Harper's Bazaar, Hearst Magazines
6 years holding transformational spaces 1:1 in person and online internationally, Miami, London, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Botswana, L.A. and Saudi Arabia
4 years every month holding Blue Lotus events in Mallorca, also held in London and Sweden too.
My first sold out, retreat held in Son Rullan, Deia, Mallorca in 2021, followed by many more intimate and deep retreats at my then home in the Tramuntana Mountains.
Hundreds and hundreds of women and men supported through my deep personal transformational method.
My unique way of working meets a client fully, every experience held clean and clear in the body, while opening the connection to something larger than personal self. Creating massive expansion and a new way of experiencing life.
