The Six Week Programme includes:
Beliefs : To reconnect to our sexuality we need reframe so much of our conditioning and conscious mind. We open up to a total reframe of feminine pleasure and intimacy with the mind and words alone.
Sensory : Connecting to the five senses as a daily practice and keeping of presence is a huge part of our reconnection to intimacy, later in the programme we add the six sense, energetics.
Touch : Body Connection : We learn to adore, connect and value our physical body in all the ways, through sensory and kindness, beginning with the skin (our largest organ) all the way through to the erogenous parts of us.
Healing : Nervous System and Trauma : Sadly most of us have some level of sexual, intimate or womb trauma, simply through the lack of awareness and understanding of feminine intimacy and pleasure, starting with how we may have inserted a tampon, all the way through to traumatic violations and non consensual acts.
Ancestral and Subconscious : With the awareness of post generational trauma we also have to consider what may have been passed down within the family lines, in terms of sexual healing. It is only oil modern times women are reclaiming sexual empowerment, so there is deeper subconscious healing to be aware of to fully stand in our sexual and intimate power today.
Sacred Energetics : Working with the energy body and healing, to experience profound shifts within our own intimacy and pleasure. The basis of tannic work, but taught in a. modern way and from own experience.

My Journey
Without going into the gory details, I spent most of my youth overriding my body, disconnecting, opening up my sexual energy to men without much connection. Post children I became completely uninterested in intimacy, I would slither out of a hug in case it led to more. My connection to my own self intimacy and pleasure was an all time low.
The past five years, I’ve dived in super deep to my own healing journey and the most profound shifts have come when working with the sexual, feminine energy and life force.
Whilst working with reiki and energy healing with clients and in circles, I always felt so much blocked within the womb area of women - this is for many, many different reasons, which I explain more in the programme. However, this led me to dive deep into female sexuality training and coaching, which has led to huge transformations within my self and my clients.
Recently, I learnt the more the feminine can surrender deep into the darkest ocean waters, the more find the pearls and the pleasures of the ocean.
The feminine fatale, the arousal, the sensual, the playful connects the worlds of the seen and unseen into the power and magic which we are.
