My Story: A Journey of Transformation

My life on paper was impeccable – a handsome designer husband, a renovated Victorian house in London, a successful 15-year media career, and two beautiful children. Yet, deep inside, I was wilting. Burnout, lower back stress, hypo thyroid, and chronic fatigue were silent companions. I realized I was living someone else's script, influenced by societal and parental expectations.

My transformative journey began with yoga and meditation practices, but the truth was, I needed more. Coaching techniques learned during my management role at The Guardian became a bridge between spirituality and real life. The more I lived out of alignment, the sicker I became. It was time for a U-turn.

The U-Turn: From Burnout to Bliss

In just one year, I moved my family to Mallorca, sold our London home, separated to co-parent, and immersed myself in teaching, coaching, and healing work. I healed past trauma, embraced my femininity, and created a thriving community. Now, I wake up to tweeting birds, expansive views in a mountain home, living a life aligned with my deepest desires.
